About Deborah Fine:

Deborah Fine is a highly accomplished, dynamic omnichannel executive and CEO with
20+ years of experience leading six diverse businesses to record growth and profit. Her
career encompasses B2B + B2C, launch to mature, and both public and private
companies. She has been the President and CEO of Direct Brands, CEO of Victoria’s
Secret Pink, President of iVillage Properties at NBC Universal Digital Media, Founder
and President of Avon Mark, and Vice President and Publisher of Glamour Magazine
and Publisher of Brides. Originally recruited to their Board of Directors, Fine was most
recently EVP, Chief Commercial Officer at Modell's Sporting Goods, Inc.

Fine was recently elected to serve on the Women’s Leadership Board of the Harvard
Kennedy School’s Women and Public Policy Program and the Northwestern Mutual
Policyowners’ Examining Committee. Over the past decade, Fine has been elected to
serve as a Director on the Board of 7 businesses and organizations, including Active
International, Pet360, acquired by PetSmart, Wilmington Trust, the Direct Marketing
Association, and the Girl Scouts of America, New York City. She also serves on four
Advisory Boards: First Insight, a software company empowering retailers and brands in
the design, selection, pricing, and marketing of new products, Whistle Sports Network,
the global sports network delivering content to over 200 million Millennials via 300 You
Tube channels, Springboard Enterprise Media Council, advising over 500 women-led
businesses in digital, media, and technology, and Goldie Blox, the award-winning
children’s multimedia company disrupting the toy aisle by promoting STEM education
for girls through play.

Well known across multiple industry sectors, she has received numerous awards
including the Avon Chairman's Award for Business Performance, Product Development
awards from InStyle, Self, and Allure, Advertising Age's "Women to Watch", Women's
Wear Daily's Best Executed Launch Strategy, Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever
Award, and Girl Scouts of America Woman of Distinction.
A passionate philanthropist, Deborah has raised $2 million for the Juvenile Diabetes
Research Foundation.
