Jessica leads Merchandising at Gwynnie Bee, an apparel rental service for women sized 10 - 32. At Gwynnie Bee, she is responsible for buying, planning, site merchandising and private label. She is passionate about the opportunities that data will create to disrupt the fashion industry and enjoys working with teams who are seeking to do so.
Prior to joining Gwynnie Bee, Jessica was the Head of Global Merchandising at Cole Haan where she led the development of the $500 million+ footwear assortment across retail, wholesale and digital channels. Earlier in her career, Jessica led strategy, consumer insights, and analytics for the the North America and Merchandising organizations at Coach, Inc. She has also held positions of increasing responsibility at McKinsey & Co., Richard Branson's Virgin Group, and Apple. Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar and a BA in Economics Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College.
