Jessica is an SVP and Management Team member at CaaStle, a fully managed service that allows retailers to offer branded subscription rental offerings to their customers.

As Head of Growth, Jessica is responsible for product and go to market strategies to bring creators, digital communities, retailers and brands on our Clothing as a Service (CaaS) platform.

Prior to joining CaaStle, Jessica was the Head of Global Merchandising at Cole Haan. Earlier in her career, Jessica led strategy, consumer insights, and analytics for the North America and Merchandising organizations at Coach, Inc. She has also held positions of increasing responsibility at McKinsey & Co., Richard Branson's Virgin Group, and Apple. Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (where she was a Baker Scholar) and a BA in Economics Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College.
