Merritt is currently a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures where she focuses on growth stage investments in consumer and fintech. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Merritt was an investor focused on late-stage venture and growth equity investments at Goldman Sachs. Previously, Merritt was an investor at private equity firm New Mountain Capital and a management consultant at Bain & Company in New York. Merritt is a CFA charterholder.
Merritt graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, cum laude, and from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
