Nina is the Co-Resident Sales Director, co-leading the new business team for Aon Risk Solutions and Aon Hewitt Health and Benefits practices in Greater New York. In this role, Nina drives both the human capital & risk specific market strategies and sales playbook, focusing on both new business sales and cross selling opportunities while, supporting new business penetration in the Aon current client base.
Nina has 28 years of experience in the medical and specialty arenas of health and benefits with a particular depth in health risk, wellness and cross benefit strategies. Nina co-leads and/or supports the client business strategy, messaging and product offering combinations in order to champion the most effective engagement of resources from the Risk and Health and Benefits Practices.
Nina received a B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, and is a licensed Life and Health Agent in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
